How to make Roti Gulab Jamun
To make Gulab Jamun, take the remaining rotis and put them in a mixer and grind them finely so that they become powder. Now take out this roti powder in a vessel and add hot milk to it. After this, add cardamom powder to it and let it remain soaked for twenty minutes. Now mash it well with hands and add baking powder, salt, milk powder and ghee to it. Mix all these things well and prepare soft dough.

After this, let the dough set for ten minutes, then make small balls and shape them into round balls by placing them on the palms, if you want, you can also give them oval shape as per your choice. After this, turn on the gas and keep the pan on the gas, then add ghee in it and let it heat. When the ghee gets heated properly, put the prepared balls in it and deep fry them. When all the balls are fried, prepare the syrup and put all these balls in the syrup and keep it like this for four-five hours. After this, take out all these rolls from the syrup and make a long cut in them and fill fresh cream in the middle. Lastly garnish with silver work and pistachios. Your tasty Gulab Jamuns are ready.
